OK someone please help me. I have 2 sets MA Audio Y30C5 linky for my doors and have no idea on where to mount the crossovers. Can someone, anyone, everyone give me some suggestions on where to mount them? Ive seen one setup that had them mounted in the trunk but didnt really like that since I already have amp wires routed to the front. And there doesnt seem to be much room in the doors. Please someone give me some suggestions.

i know you dont wanna hear this but your best bet is the trunk. Either that or up under the dash somewhere. There's definately not a ton of space in the doors and those crossovers look pretty big.

That is a PITA and should be a LAST resort. Obviously you have never routed wires into a door wiring connector. Honestly you'll just have to test fit them, I have mine mounted right next to the defroster vent holes in the doors. there is a bit of space there. You should be able to find a spot. Its much better than running two sets of wires up into each of the doors.. Just get some tape and try various spots and then test fit the door pannel. when you find one permanently mount it.

basicly the same place I have mine mounted, just a little lower. wow, that looks like a tight fit, did you test fit the interior pannel over them as well?? Also be neat with your wires so they dont interfere with the speakers, you look like your getting a little close there.

Yeah I did test fit the covers before i finalized the location and after. The passenger side is a little tighter then the driver but i was able to close the doors without any obvious binding. I have .25" spacers under the boxes to make room for the door wiring underneath. If need be i can go with something a little shorter. And you're right the wiring does look like its gonna run little close but i dont expect to have much of a problem with them...i hope anyway.
