Just curious about how many miles members have on their 2.5 Duratec V6 before it is ready for a rebuild.
I just purchased a 95 Duratec Contour with 95,000 miles.
Changed the plugs, wires, fluids and filters and it runs great!
Since I have never owned a Duratec, I'm curious to see what kind of mileage I can expect out of it with proper maintenance.

There are people out here that have over 200,000 and still running strong. Actually, i think parkedcar (maybe not him, someone,m though) has a duratec tour clsing inon 300,000. Mine.. I only have 55,000.

my last one had 97000 miles and ran great except for the o2 sensors it needed. my current one has 70500 miles and is in great working order.
