I just returned from a great day at the track. Went to Road America for the Vintage Sports Car races ... It was great to see the cars of my youth, Lotus, McLarren, Ford GT-40 (and one other SVT righ Joel??).

Anyway my hat is off to the SVT engineers who designed this baby. Altough the rules forbid passing and staying behind the pace car, I did manage to put my 'Tour through its paces. One note: Keep at least a half tank of gas in it or you'll scare the crap out of yourself on a lons sweeping right hander (like the carousel) ... all I could think of was NO OIL PRESURE ...MY ENGIN JUST DIED !!!. False alarm, just starved for fuel.

Anyway ... Ford SVT ... if you're out there THANKS. This baby felt sooooo gooood. Pity the poor Camero that was following me and the guy in front who had a scary view of my front bumper climbing up his butt on every corner!!!!

I WANT TO GO BACK NOW!!!!

I checked the level ... it was within the 'normal' range (about 1/2 quart low) before I left the house that morning.
