I have a basic question regarding the power required for the rad fan from a 98 SVT. When the 3L went in, i had to use a zetec fan due to clearances on the sc jackshaft. The stock fan from the 98 SVT has been sitting in my garage doing nothing, so I decided to mount it on my Jeep instead of using the mech crank fan.

How many amps will the fans draw? Should I wire in an inline relay, or will the amp be low enough I can just run an inline fuse off the battery? Thanks

I'd run a relay.
