OP CSVT98driver New CEG\'er C Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 34 carol stream, IL	Has anyone taken apart the 2 shafts before? If so how does the input shaft come apart? Ive already removed this snap ring. OP CSVT98driver New CEG\'er C Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 34 carol stream, IL	Never mind, by the means of a gear puller and a big rubber hammer the 5th gear on the the input shaft slid off. My question is that all the parts on the 3rd gear sycro look fine! Oh yea my car grinds in 3rd. I have all the parts to replace all the moving parts on both shafts, so i guest i will just replace everything. any input?
