Are you sure you pulled the right fuses? If you pull the right fuses, the codes should not appear immediately.

#4 and #11, right? Funny thing though.. mine doesn't have a fuse #4.. it's labeled as "empty".. there is no slot for the fuse. But, #11 is open. Is fuse #4 and #11 the same as what is labeled on the cover of the fuse box?

If you look at the labeling on the fuse box, it should show all your fuse locations with numbers next to them. Look carefully, and #4 and #11 will be there. I can't remember which is which, but one of them will definitly be a 3 amp fuse. Also, before you spend money on a new 02 sensor, check your Haynes/Chilton manual on the procedure for testing the sensor. Almost all electrical sensors can be tested one way or another.
I will check my manual tomorrow am and get back to you on that.
One more thing, when you unplugged the sensor wire, did you actually see any water in the contacts? If so, then I would highly recommend cleaning them with the contact cleaner, just cause it will dry up any moisture that is still remaining. If you go buy a new 02 sensor and plug it into a wet contact, you might just blow a new sensor... thats my .02 anyway

This happened to me also, got the same code after driving through a puddle.
Did you try having the CEL code cleared again at AutoZone? I went back and had the code cleared and it stayed off after that.

Never thought about that. I think I'll squeeze under the car, clean the connector out and have them clear the code and see what happens. Good idea Luca.

CEL went off. It's a windy and warm day today, I think it dried out. I will continue to monitor it's "Status" and go from there. Guess ya'll were right about it gettin' wet. See what I get for taking it out when it's wet out.. never again. I learned my lesson.

Hey, When I pulled the code for the O2, I got the sensor out and used throttle body cleaner on it. They say you can't clean the sensor but it worked for three months for me. helps in a bind. Usually most throttle body cleaner is O2 sensor safe. Hope this helps
