I was just wondering if anyone know how or if the reflector on the trunk of a post98 mystique is removed, i make to take the one off my wrecked car(in better shape)and niteshade it and put it on my current car, thanks in advance.

iirc 6 bolts on the underside of the trunk, then just unconnect the wires going 2 ur license lights and voila

Hey Jamie...I have a '98 Mystique in black,and I used Niteshades on the tail lights and the trunk reflector. I thought the reflector looked really crappy in Niteshades,so I painted it black to match the body,while leaving the tail lights done in Niteshades. Looks much better to me,imo.

Depending on the colour of your car,try and paint the reflector the same colour as the body. I always hated that stupid reflector,thought it looked so ugly unless it was on a t-red car.

But now I'll have a '95 Contour as of next week and don't have to worry about that stupid reflector anymore. Muwahaha.
