it is popping out of 2 and 4 when i shift like normal, so i have to shift HARD into or double clutch it...im guessing syncronizers...am i right or wrong here? any way i can remedy the problem besides a rebuild?

Try adjusting the cables.

There is a good how to about it in this forum.
If it's not listed by itself it was under a post about changing the cable ends. Which brings up another good spot to check anyway. The cable end grommets.

ok...adjust shorter or longer you think...if it is popping out of 2/4/R it needs to go tighter if i am thinking right...correct?
