did anyone port match the exhauxts ports when they added the headers

IIRC somebody on the old SVT Tech Forum did this (Elizebeth?). I remember reading that there was a significant amount of flashing on the OEM headers that could be taken off with a file. I'm sure you could do some good by matching to aftermarket headers too. Might as well do it while you have everything torn apart...

what about on the heads.did they port match that to the headers

No room to do it. It's difficult enough to get the headers installed, let alone port matching the heads.
