Okay... looking for the best run in earned money vs least ammount of time.
The best one I've found so far is Special Conditions -> Capri Rally (easy).
2 races ( 2 laps each ) @ 5 min per race.
Prize car == Toyota RSC RAID Rally @ 254k + 10k per race.
Total: 274k @ ~12 min.
Someone got a better one?

Check out www.gtplanet.com ... I don't know I used action replay max to get quick money. I figure you can do those races over and over and have money to buy whatever and I like to just fool around with cars (probably more so than doing the races), so I just did the code so I don't have to do races over and over. I am doing all the races, missions, licenses myself as far as I can go. Eventually if I get to something I just can't do, then the AR max will come out again. Right now I'm around 44% done.

here's anothermoney making scheme from someone at SaabCentral. i haven't tried it yet. Quote:
By JeffD -- Bought a BMW M3 and modded it out with everything I could. Went to the German Touring Car series in the European Racing Series and entered. Raced in b-spec mode (pass cars, go fast) and put it on X3 speed. Started the next race in b-spec mode with the same controls. Rinse, repeat. From this series you'll win the Mercedes CLK Race Car. If you don't have that car, keep it already. Then run the same race series all over again in b-spec mode. Besides making money winning the races, after you get the first Mercedes CLK Race Car, you'll win another one, which you can sell for over $700,000. I did this at least 4 or 5 times, but then I think GT4 was on to me, as I finished dead dog last. Ok, no problem. Modded the Audi TT Race Car, entered the race, etc. Same result. You can also use this technique on the BMW M-series races, which will win you a M3 GTR you can sell for some decent cash.

Some of your #'s are wrong... You get ~$265k for the prize car, and you get $5k per race win (totalling $10k). BTW, my races take less than 3.5 min each So Total: $275k @ ~8 min
P.S. I've done this quite a few times, as I'm up to roughly $10.5 million at the moment (30 days to go til Day 694 and the four black cars! )
