I saw with my own eyes, the RTS on a Trans Am this past Friday at the Redline Meet in MI. It was a very stealthy setup.

I'd love to try and make one for a Contour SVT.

thats about the only car hes been able to get it to work reliably on - the older GM Trans/Firebirds. Basically every other platform is an exersize in wasted time/money/parts for now, its an interesting idea that I believe could have some potential, but for the very reason that it isnt developed and if it were such a hit item there would be more than one person working on making it work ect. interesting idea, not working right now other than the GM twins.

Who said anything about "buying a prebuilt kit"???

The point would be making your own rear mounted kit would be extremely CHEAP!!!


I made a design for twin turbos that would not cost much over 1k.

2 small turbos spooled up by true dual pipes. Low boost equals instant response. 5-6 psi on 2 small turbos is going to be the 440-460cfm range. Almost the same as a T28 at peak boost. Though doing it with much less heat introduced into the air charge.

$1000!!! Sell the materials with everything needed or the kit and you'd be rich!! I will buy a contour for a daily driver and slap your kit on and walla...ssstttttthhh

Finally the comment was made - that was the whole reason I was interested in the remote setup -
BUILDING IT MYSELF for cheap Thats what i'm interested in. I'm still researching....... I think its ingeneous = and will eventually become more mainstream.

Okay but remember ALL THE LABOR REQUIRED to weld everything together, the test fitting, and the mounting. Then recouping R&D costs.

I'm talking about doing it all yourself. If one sold a kit like this expect the price to double. NOBODY works for free. Especially me!
