thanks would like to lower the front end soon this summer, back end is sagging from junk in the trunk, what would be the most efficient way to do this, considering price, time, performance

What type of foglights? Do they shine blue like that or are those halos?

They are actually three in one fog lights( more of a driving light) has blue angel eye rings, white strobes, and normal bulbs. i am pretty happy with them, they have given me many high beams from opposing drivers who apparantly dont like them  looks like they are doing there job
