Is there a need to change ATX fluid some certain number of miles after just a new flexplate is installed? I know it is a real good idea after a tranny rebuild.
Appreciate your help

Flexplate has absolutely no interaction with transmission fluild ... No need to do a change.

Conventional wisdom is to service the transmission every 30,000 miles. More or less often depending on conditions.
