Ok, So i gotta new new headlights soon... and, of course, I don't wanna pay a lot. I've searched around ye olde internet and found a few decently priced ones... but one question comes to mind. Another user said he purchased healights off ebay and they were "Depot" brand and another user purchased some that were "TY" brand... how can I differentiate them?

I'll make it easy for ya. If it's not an OEM headlight (ex.. FORD) it's not going to fit like the orignal eqipment. The "TY" ones you mentioned are the best bang for the buck compared to the depot headlights.. but again.. fitment issues.
There is a guy on here (someone chime in) that can get us DEEP discounts on headlights from ford, actual FORD brand headlights. I think it totals out like 90.00 per light shipped. Search in this forumn for cheap headlights or discount. You'll find it.

I wouldn't get anything but an OEM replacement from Ford, only because it fits right the first time. I hate hasseling with fitting issues!
Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.

Yep... this is just a small step in the "makin the 'tour look hot for summer" project. I still gotta get my quarter panel fixed, just auctions on a fender and a front bumper from ebay, gonna get the headlights and then an HID kit, tint the windows, get some HELLA fogs, and paint the calipers. I'll post pics when the baby's finished... I already did the front grill and got some new tires, so it's gettin there.

Awseome. Alright, so its 110.00 apiece.. but still, HELL OF A DEAL if you ask me. Considering they are over 200.00 a pice at regualr cost. Depots are like 80.00 a pice..and they are crap. Clean that ride up!
