a crazy kid in my neigborhood had 2 15s in his trunk and lined the whole trunk with it, it was insanity. probably one of the most unpractical solutions for your daily driver. the only pro i can think of is price. itd be cheaper than alternatives, but also messier, heavier, uglier, more space consuming, etc...

I think that set up has a little too much concrete.. if i were to put some in mine.. i'd put thin layers with screens and wires to hold it together (If i could get it to work) IMHO.. i really don't like the fact of using hundreds and hundreds of lbs of that stuff. Or better yet, i'd take HTM's focus.. rip off a bunch of his doors, and panels.. compress em, and put in my doors, and in my trunk to deaden my car!
Give me more beer and CEG before i get depressed!

Total case of "kids, don't try this at home.." ..All we need is rice-boys careening down public roads with 1,000lbs of concrete in their Hyundai with stock brakes!!! Fear aside, this is a sharp car. I wonder if you could enter a bank safe on 4 wheels in an audio competition?? I'm sure that would hit hard too!! :p
