My 8th grade History teacher (one of my favorite teachers of all time) had a DeLorean. He seldom drove it, kept it covered and locked in his garage.

there's a DeLorean shop near my house. there's usually about 20 of them parked out front. a few weeks ago, i saw one painted blue  ive heard of painted DeLoreans but have never seen one, not even in a magazine or anything (never searched online for one  ) i thought this guy died a long time ago.

My friend had a Delorean. Oh wait, nevermind, it was a pizza oven. Looked just like a Delorean though  Oh, and Bricklin had it goin' before Delorean anyway...

there's a few deloreans around here. One i see all the time is pretty beat up and just parked on the street. I once knew a guy who had 5. 2 running and the other 3 for parts. I also saw one in long island with outatime on the plate.
I looked at a few painted ones online once, some don't look half bad. There's also a gold plated one in a bank somewhere.

There were a few gold plated ones made by deleroenan. They sold for ~$80k.
