Some of the older models do, now they just have a V6. They're basically the same car as the old Eagle Talon TSi's. The Subaru WRX's have a turbo as well.

Yea, they could be had with turbos.
There are tons that came w/ turbos... too many to list. All domestic manuf's have made cars w/ turbos (or are currently making them), VW/Audi, Porsche, Toyota, etc.

Eclipse GST/GSX, WRX, any VW/Audi ending with 1.8t or 2.6t, Supra, RX-7, 3000GT, 300ZX, Porsche 911, Saab 900, Saab 9-3, Saab 9-5 come to mind. Like perry said, there are many others.

Don't forget the Volvos. T5 with high pressure turbo, GLT with low pressure turbo, S40 and V40 with low pressure turbo, and S80 T6 with twin low pressure turbos. The T5 is the hot one.

Eclipse GSX. All wheel drive and *shouldn't* be too expensive. Mitsubishi VR4 is AWD, too. Don't forget the WRX - AWD. It's a good happy medium between getting the most out of the car in reliability and functionality, and ease of modification. I'm actually toying with the idea of picking up a 240sx beater and throwing a Silvia engine into it. Should be cheap the way Sport Compact Car is hyping it.
By the way, you should check out the 3000GT Spyder, twin turbo hard top convertible. Yowza!!

Audi S4. Take an A4 and add boost, certainly NOT rice. Jetta 1.8T. Chip either of those and you get awesome gains.
Turbo Beetle, not that I condone driving a New Beetle. That's not rice, its just crap.
A friend owned a late 80's (?) Chrysler LeBaron with a turbo. Car was a POS, but he did have boost. I never looked into the aftermarket for that car, but I imagine that some exists in some small corner of the world.
