i searched here and on neco, Demon has some but not the key ones. i need every head measurement, betwen the piston reliefs and the valves when at TDC for i/e and how far down the valves open, the max they can open before hitting pistons just to name a few. SO if anyone could possibly help me with this venture that would be much appreciated!!

i have:

deck height
deck clearence
piston compression depth

Hey, when you measure all that information and get it compiled send it our way.

I doubt you'll find all of that here on CEG.
Use some modelers clay on top of the piston and slap the head back on, then run it through a cycle so you can get those measurements.

I can help with a lot of these specs, however, I need you to explain in more detail what you need. Be specific.

I assume by deck clearance, you mean the distance from the piston at TDC to the deck surface of the block. What do you mean by piston compression depth. I probably know it by different term. Also, give the numbers that you currently have so that I can check them.

yes i need the measurement from the top of the block to the piston at TDC, how far the valves actually open, and the measurement from the top of teh piston to the open valves at TDC, how deep the piston reliefs are.

this is what i got so far
deck height: 208mm
deck clearence: min .415(.016)below to .115(.0045) above
piston compression depth: 1.1811"

i basically want every head measurement you can give me, if possible!! thanks alot for your help!!
