Got my tool to get the codes out of my cars computer- got a cyliner 2 misfire... suggestions? I've had this car at Ford 4 times this last year... comes back worse every time- I don't think they have mechanics qualified to service SVT vehicles (despite it being an SVT dealership)... could this be something simple such as spark plugs?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

get some autolite double plats and a new set of plug wires.

the plug wire could be arcing inside of valve cover. Also, check out you ignition coil as it could be bad.

I had this same problem about a month ago. I checked the plug first, and the wire second. No spark. I then replaced the coil pack, problem solved. Easy fix, it took me about 20 minutes to swap out.
