Had a ton of work to do on the car. Leaking LH halfshaft seal, leaking LH Koni. So I wanted to fix all that and put in the camber adjusters too. After I pulled the halfshaft and replaced the seal, and had the struts out anyway (got a new Koni shipped, sent the defective one back), decided what the hell, might as well do the headers too. Headers were really no problem, just pulled LH knucle, half shaft and intermediate shaft, alternator. I actually found installing the fronts a challange due to very tight clearance with the cooling fans. Got everything back together and dialed in the camber with the SmartCamber tool. I had inner tire wear issues with the Koni/Eibach setup, even though alignment was supposedly within spec. Great doing this with alot of tools and well equipped heated garage with a lift With the front all done, now I have to install the ATI subframe and Aussie bar (typical busted stock bracket issue) , spherical endlinks, upgraded bushings, slap on the 17's with my new Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's and dial it in. Thinking about the Canyon Run this year, sounds like fun.

Bought the Aussie bar when they first came out, installed, and then of course the brackets tore. So been running without it for awhile...will be great to get the backend up to snuff again.
I'm a general contractor and the garage is at a used car lot that I remodeled for the owner. Used to be a Mobile gas station. I have a yard back of building where I store my trailers, and in exchange I maintain the building for him.

Hi Derk. Yes I did move to the San Juans for about a year and a half, but back in Denver now. I see you moved to UT.
Yep, having a lift to do this type of work is golden. Best thing since the Olson twins turned 18......

Derk, why did you lose the Tour? Thought you had some nice mods on it.

I had about 5 things break when I moved up here. I decided to cut my losses, sell the car, and buy a Japanese car.
