a couple years ago I scored some soundstream class a amps off ebay for about 220.00 apiece. My 5.2 was 1/4 of a watt X2 at 4 ohms and 500X1 bridged at 1 ohm. the 10.2 I know is 1000X1 at one ohm. My system was rated at:

1/4 X 2 for subs and 25 X 2 for the mids/highs. They look really nice too.

I don't know if any of you outside of California have heard of them but Concept has some damn nice stuff. Their 18" woofers are currently the record holder (according to their ads) in USAC. Their CC-D800A is a very nice powerful amp. We just did a system with one of those pushing 2 MMATS Pro Audio Pro-12's. It was hitting a 149.8 in a sealed box. Just imagine with some better woofers in a ported box. You can check these out at www.conceptcaraudio.com. We normally retail these at $499.99, but I can make you CEG'ers a deal at $249.99 plus shipping no tax

Hmm... you could go with MTX, but then again, it's too pricey. Their amps are damn underrated. But then again, i'm not really thinking straight after reading all of Honkey's posts about Alpine :p

Give me more beer and CEG before i get depressed!
