Anyone going to the Arnold Classic?? I'm going tomorrow,going for all the free stuff! They also have a huge martial arts tournament/expo. Lots of famous M/A actors,bodybuilders just walking around.

I wish I was... no spare cash for tickets though  I know the expo is free - but the show is going to be good this year.

I was suppose to go to repersent U of M brazilian jiu-jitsu team, but i was sick  . Well next year, there are alwyas new fighters there!!!

i went a few years ago. Lots of fun and lots of free supplements at the expo area. And definetely some guys who are HUGE!  I remember Jay Cutler was there when i went. He wasnt competing but he was behind one of the booths at the expo. I swear the dudes arms were as big around as my head.

Jay is a freakin beast.
I met Dorian Yates back when he was Mr. O... In the pics of me shaking his hand just his forearms are like double the size of my arms... insane!
I didn't realize the show was this weekend though... One of the other message boards I am on has a guy who is competing in it - I'm surprised no one has posted any comments yet.

Just got back,with 2 big bags of goodies. Rundown of who I saw this year..Wesley Snipes,Ronnie Coleman-HUGE,Nasser,Jay Cutler,the guy who played Arnold in that TV show,Cung Le,Bill"Superfoot" Wallace,Frank Shamrock, the white power Ranger!,Michelle "Mouse"Krasnoo,Sly Stallone,Arnold,Flex Wheeler,Don"the dragon" Wilson,and many more recognizable body biulding,martial arts people. Shannon Sharpe was at the EAS booth but I missed him,..got an autographed picture of Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals.It was a good time,had to go by myself so that part sucked. I saw some really good fights over in the MA expo.Some fighters from Cung Le's camp were fighting. It was hella crowded though,the expo has almost outgrown the venue. There was also silicone as far as the eye could see!  Rod

How small is flex these days? I have only seen head shots of him since the kidney transplants...

Hey is still pretty thick,I'd say he's about 200# or so,he was actually in a kickboxing match,which he won! I walked by at the end of it. He's still got very low bodyfat,but just not freakishly muscular.
