I had a 99 Lightning and still lurk over at f150online.com because I hope to one day have another. There is a good vendor there Tim Lazenby www.chikenears.com who made mats for 99-up Lightnings so I emailed him and asked about making mats for contours. He said "make templates of your mats and I will have them made". I got the mats today and they are very nice, the blue is a little bit brighter than the stock blue but they still look a lot better than my factory faded / worn out ones. I thought the dark red SVT logo to match the headrests was a nice touch. If you go here http://www.chickenears.com/mat_order_form.htm all the mat colors, embroidery colors, and prices are there. I am not connected with him in any way he was just the first company I found that could have custom mats made. Pics below.

God those are sweet!!  It figures I just bought brand new mats for my SVT.  Oh well, maybe next time.

They look great. I have been looking for SVT mats myself. How much were they? Now that you sent the template they should be able to make them off that. I thought rather than a high contrast color black or a different shade of blue or black may be interesting.

Yes now that they have the template they are set. The only other blue they had was a light blue and I think he has 11 different mat colors and 18 embroidery colors. They were $160.00 for the 4 and I think 2 are $128.00 and that includes the embroidery. I know they are not cheap but they have a thick ribbed rubber back and they are heavy the quality is much better than the factory and any aftermarket mat.
Before anyone orders he needs to change the template a little I have emailed him already. Because the mat is too wide where it is next to the trunk release housing, it needs to be about 1/4 narrower.

Kind of explains this guy's pricing then......... Off to eBay........ Damn, maybe I need to put my brand new REAL OEM mats in a Ford box up on eBay. Anybopdy want them for $500?   I'll even ship them for free at that price!

I got a mint condition (looks brand new!) set of these oem SVT floormats found in the classified as a "best offer" in which I offered for $60. Offer was taken and went home with them very satisfied.
