I am looking into getting a yellow top optima battery for my car. I just wanted to know if there is any specific one I should get. Any certain specifications I should look for in the battery?

I donno if there is anything specific you should look for...all I know is, that Optima puts out really good batteries.

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.

wont fit right in under the hood. i believe you have to do some modifying. i plan to use one but will be running it in my trunk. i think there are only two of these, iirc. always go for the bigger one if there is a power difference. but it may just be shape/size difference.

When i bought a new batt a few weeks ago I was going to buy one of these however the problem was that when positioned right side up i thought the terminals would be very close to hitting the hood...or maybe it was that the terminals themselves were bass ackwards and the power and ground wires werent long enough for a simple lpug and play install, i dont recall exactly. But I think I would have had to lay the batt on its sid (which is fine for gel batts) but then it would hit my heat shield so there was still not enough room. So i had to go w/ another kind
