Well yes, Spring is in the air and now is the time for the kickoff to the SECEG HSV AL G2G's.
The date is set for April 15-17. As you know at every G2G there is something different but there are things that will never change. This year, my baby has shown me some more roads in Limestone County that rock. So we have some more stuff to check out. Looks like the HSV Dragway is going to be in full swing. They start in March and it looks like a killer season. Of course we will have BBQ and car mods and storytelling. This is the main reason for the meets. We show off our cars and tell about our war stories with them as well as what has happened during the previous year.
We will be also checking out the local dyno. So be ready for some runs if you want. Phil, I need you to secure that contact with Trackmasters...or gimmie what info you used and I will contact him.
Just a heads up. No totally stupid crazy stuff. I don't feel the need or the want to go peel you off guardrails and junk.
If there are any mods that you have been putting off, lets take a look at it and if it is doable in the time alloted for the meet, let's do it.
Hey Phil? How is the Strut Brace???
Also as before, this meet is not just for CEGers and Contour owners only. If you have friends and they are cool, bring them. But the minute the egomaniacs or bad attitudes emerge and wanna start shyte, as I have said before, I will put you in your trunk and call your mommy to come pick you up and take you home. NO BS plain and simple. Right Eric? Mah Homie.
I want a lot of cars to show up so again, the call goes out to Foci, Cougar owners...Lori is looking at both cars and we are thinking of getting her one to replace the Sunfire. Or maybe Warmonger will just trade the Sunfire for the tour....wooohoo yeah, I know, take a flying leap......LOL
Strother see if you can contact some of your Nismo people or some of the crews around your area.
I want a lot of cars like we had at the TN meet. Speaking of TN!!!!!
Where are you guys? I wanna see the WRX STi again that was a sweeeeeeet ride.
OK so I have put out most of the stuff there and this post is long....
NOW for the sign up sheet...geez this is long:

I LOVE it! Rich calls out the big gunz for backup!
Rich, you & Lori also have a big day coming up in about a month! Congrats on that again!
Looks like I may not make it this year, but man, I wish I was goin'! Just such a long drive from south Florida... OK, I'll talk to the wife.
By the way, what day are you proposing for the dyno time. Might make a scheduling difference for some who can't get there till late Friday or Saturday.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Rich, you might want to run over there to set this up, because it looks like they have taken down a lot of the stuff concerning their Dynojet. They still have the charts up, but that's it. Trackmasters, Inc 2807 University Drive Huntsville, AL 35816 Tel: (256)539-0398 www.etrackmasters.comThe fella that I worked with last time was Arthor. Great guy! Didn't he go eat wings with us after the dyno that night? I can't seem to remember.

I'm looking to transfer to a management job in Cleveland, TN, hopefully soon. I can't garuntee me + lady will be there, but I will definitely do my best to spend all day Saturday down there, which would be dyno day, right? Put me on that list; pending job stuff.
Can Trackmasters burn a Diablo chip? Or do I need to print out the air/fuel stuff and send it all off to be re-burned?
To do list:
Relocate battery
CAI
Detail many times (check)
Finish gauges
Get something to wrap around the Koni's and install

I think I asked Arthur about this last time and they said that they couldn't. Or did I ask about burning SuperChips??
