I have a problem with the alignment of my trunk lid on my CSVT. It has been this way since I got it, but it is now starting to bother me. It looks like the front of it is popped up, but it does not leak and it is the same on both sides of the lid. Here are some pictures of it, if anyone could tell me how it fix it, that would be much appreciated.

Got any pics of the mounting "arms" and bolts, it may be "shimmed up" for some reason.

this is gonna sound pretty barbaric but open the trunk all the way and firmly push it towards the back window. Do it alittle at a time and test fit it by closing the trunk to see if its enough or not. Well, fixed mine that way anyways

Check it out, there is no spacers on the arms. Also, pushing on the trunk did not really seem to change anything.

i had that problem when i swapped trunk lids.....but only on one side so i'm not sure if you have the same problem i did.

remove the plastic panel that covers the latch mechanism. under that are some torks screws that adjust the height and location left to right of the latch.

in my situation the latch wasn't located to match the diference of the new trunklid and threw everything off when closed.

get a friend you can trust to let you out and lay in the trunk as they open\close it repeadidy while you make adjustments till it's right.
