Alright, I know that there are a lot of opinions out there, but I just need a little help. I just installed a JVC kd g510, and now I am looking for a single sub/amp set-up. I don't really want ground shaking bass, just enough to fill that little void. Also I want to maintain as much trunk space as I can, so a small package is a must. And last of all, I don't want to spend a fortune. I do perfer good brand names, and reliabilty. So what do you guys have in mind?

I really don't need a whole lot, nothing to fancy or "the best". Just enough to hear it and feel it a little. And cost is important too.

My advice? Well, I have a few choices.
1) Two 8" kickers powered by a kicker amp in the 500 watt range.
2) Two Rockford Fosgate 8" powered by something in the 500 range.
or
3) I'm a Pioneer fan, thats all I have so I have to through this choice in... a 12" or 10" Pioneer sub w/ a 250 watt amp (I think) to a 760 watt amp.

simple.. get a single free-air 8" and a nice 100w amp. enlarge the hole in you rear deck and mount it to the hole. so much trunk space you won't even know its there.

I like this idea, but when it comes time to sell, where would I find a new rear deck?

simply remove the sub I mean the hole is already there in the deck in the first place, your just enlarging it by about an inch. you cant tell its there unless you honestly look for it. You cant even see a sub mounted to the rear deck unless you bend down. Everything is easily reversable for when you sell the vehicle. you would really have to mess something up pretty badly to hurt the resale value.
