Is that a subzone box? That's what my sub is housed in. I like it, great quality for a really good price.

Mine is very similar to louisw's but the mack in made of aluminum and is hinged so it can swing down for show. I reall don't know why I did that because I've never taken it to a show. Maybe some dav I'll get some pic's posted.

My amps are hidden rather well...

I have two amps and two crossovers mounted beneath the rear package tray, on that carpeted board you see at the top of my trunk. It is hinged towards the front for access...

I then have my sub amp and my equilizer mounted behind my custom trim panel on the left side, on rails, to give it a free-floating effect, as illustrated below:

kai -- i like that install. very original.

i had my amp mounted on a carpeted board behind the rear seats.

the new setup will see my amp(s) face down, under the rear shelf.

mounting amps upside down = teh bad

No heat dissipation through the heat sinks, hot amp, distortion, possible damage.
