So i just replaced my ball joint on my driver's side (3rd one now) and mow my Tie Rod is bad again. I can't get it "unscrewed" from the steering component. I've tried heat, penetrating fluid, 2 pairsof vice grips,and smacking the s*** outta it........ ANy suggestions???

You mean the tie rod end that scrwes on?? If so, remember there's a lock nut behind the end itself. If you already took that off, then it's probably frozen. You just gotta keep wrestling with it until it comes off.

I also try to do that before but couldn't got it off , just can't apply enough torque on it with the car on jeck starnd high,I think it would be easier if the car is on a lift.Took it to my mechanic he used Oxygen Acetylene on it and the damn thing came out in no time.
