I would put an SVT set in there. (Disc, PP, & T/O)
Great kit for the money. Talk to Bill J or Ford online for good pricing.

It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.

For the SVT Clutch and Plate you should be able to get it for $150 on exchange from Ford. Then it costs about $350 to have the trany taken out and put back in. I destroyed my Diff so I am putting a new clutch and flywheel in while it is out. Only costing me $40 for labor to have them installed.

If you have any kind of mileage replace your T.O.B. and rear main seal too - you DO NOT want to pull everything back out in a few thousand miles for a 80 + 18 dollars worth of parts.
From Bill Jenkins:
Clutch Disc, SVT, V6, Exchange F7RZ-7550-AA $83.79 Throw out bearing V6, All F5RZ-7A508-A $78.05 Pressure Plate SVT, V6, Exchange F7RZ-7563-AA $86.27
Add I think 15 and 8 dollars for the core charges, plus like 12-20 shipping depending on where you are. Still a STEAL at like 280 to 290 shipped with core charges.
By the book it's a 9.5 hour job, so labor will be steep even at a small shop. Mine cost about 30 dollars - but I just had to buy pizza and soda for my buddies who helped me drop and lift the tranny in and out.
