It seems there's a whole bunch of plumbing going on back there, because when the heat is on in my 98 that panel heats up to the point as to be uncomfotable to touch. Straght behind the cupholders is metal on a 98+ 2000 SVT Contour #1077/2150 MSDS Headers/B&M Shifter/H&R's/ 1995 Contour SE V6 #????/Tons KnuProject, awaiting mass mods
