If my engine is frozen then I think I might try and get a 3.0L duratec. I would like to know if I am going to come across any problems with this install. I know they have the same range in HP. Please any help with do.

are you serious?? theres a whole forum dedicated to the 3L....anyways depending on the year/make off your car it should be alright, and it has more "power" than the tour motors, and most imp more tq

It will take more work than that. If that is all you want to do, stay away from the 3.0.
