I wish Toyota did a two-door version of the xA, maybe a little smaller, something to replace the old CRX as the value-leader pocket rocket.

Hmm...I guess it is bronze. I was thinking it was kinda anthracite or something. Bronze and silver wouldn't make the cut.

Natural forge aluminum finish or some sort of satin finish would probably be my choice. Moon discs would look pretty cool though I think... especially on a black xB

The Scions are nothing more than an Echo platform with a new body mated to it.

And that 108HP is good for 0-60 times @ right around 10seconds last I checked.

And I've seen them with stock suspension on dub's, they look OK but that rubber was stretched thin!

10 sec, eh? Not too shabby. Better than my old Escort (pre 'tour).
Dubs = no way. If anyone recalls, I kept the stock 16 inchers on my SVT...and that car had power. No way I'm getting some rediculously huge and heavy wheels for this car. Plus, I never want to deal with the hassles of 35 series tires and potholes. That's just not a practical setup.

Been there...bookmarked that. The injen intake seems to pack a few more ponies (it's a straight shot vs. the AEM convoluted tubing). It's cheaper, too.

What was that I said about modding at the beginning of the post?

Sorry for the low blow, just callin' it like I see it. I by no means think the xA is great. I just really, REALLY don't like the shoebox look. It just screams "paint me brown, put a nice UPS logo on my side, and you'll have a fuel efficient delivery truck".

wow...a definite move in the right direction.

i went from this

to this

wheels are 9 spoke 17" Eagle with 215/40 Ecsta 712's

needed space for stuff. it's just like driving an old crx or gen I miata. really stiffly sprung, responsive, and a set of stiffer roll bars from being an auto-x toy.
