Has anyone thought of, or tried to put a small sub in the passenger footwell? I am thinking of trying it out. Let me know if you guys have any thoughts or ideas about it.

All I can tell you use some fiberglass to make it. :p

I was going to attempt this with a 10" Clarion sub back in the cay when I had about 20 speakers in the car. I never could make a plan that worked though...

I would say fiberglass is your best bet. It has been done before.
