Do a little search. It really depend what you want. Treadwear, comfor, performance, etc.

All I want is the safety issue. So, traction means something about safety, right? Then, all season tires would be a good idea for me. Sience I don't have a place where I could settle another set of tires. What would be a good choice? How about Potenza RE950?

If "safety" is your main concern, then a lot of tires will fit the bill, but I assume you want a good, all-season tire with good traction in rain, and decent snow traction. (How much you get in Rolla?) There's a lot of those.
You don't need Z-rated uber-tires, so you could get by with any h-rated tire, or even a T, I think. (Your car is governed at 112mph)
I would start at Tirerack.com, and search H or T-rated all season tires. Tons of info on their site.
Function before fashion.

I recently put a set of Falken ZE 512 all-season (mud and snow) V-rated, A temperature, A traction, 320 tread-wear index tires. They are great in the rain. And the best part is that they only cost $70 each. They are extremely quiet for M&S tires. They work well on dry pavement, too. I think they are the best tires available for the money. I changed from 215/50/16 to 205/55/16, which I think look better on my csvt.
