Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums Modifications Duratec Maintenance Location of Duratec upstream 02 sensor

I need to replace the upstream bank 1 02 sensor, the one on the firewall side of the engine. When I did a forum search I found a number of posts stating it was difficult to replace but no details. I can't find it. Can anyone tell me or post a photo of where it is?

If you find the How-to difficult go to AutoZone and rent their O2 sensor toolkit for free. The crowsfoot was especially helpful and made removing the old sensor easy with a ratchet and a few extensions from underneath.
