Hi i'm rob and i just got my contour and it is a 2000 contour and on the back it says sport but the dealer i bought it from said it has an svt package in it..how can i tell if it has the package or if it even is an svt? it is an automatic..im just gettin into the whole contour thing..so im trying to learn as much as possible...coming off backround with streetbikes and dirtbikes...bascally anything that goes fast lol so if someone can help me i could need it!thanx

If it were a SVT it would say so on the Engine like this:

and it would also be clearly marked elsewhere.

And one more thing CSVT never came with an ATX NEVER so you can tell the salesman that he is full of it

like i said before i wanna learn as much a possible about te contours..im really into them so if anybody would like to help i would apprecate it

Nope... Only thing you could do is Svt Upper,lower and Tb. I will say this though, Doing these three things makes a HUGH differnce. . Only problem is finding the parts now adays.
