I just signed up with Ebay and to start selling they wnat my CC info... i don't have one nor do i want one, is there a way around this

Need a credit card to use eBay. That's how they collect their seller's fees. Even if you're not selling, they keep it on record. Debit card would be the way to go.

I always thought you could use your chequing account... You're going to need some method to pay them for the listing..

I did add checking account info but they still want a CC # to confirm my address and whatever
