I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and not firing that out.....I figured mostly everybody knew the the WRXs scoop was fully functional....it's kind of obvious....

BTW, is that an aftermarket scoop or the STI scoop? My friend has an STI scoop on his, but the one pictured looks bigger...

For one, yeah the actually wrx's have functional hood scoops, but there are a crap load of suburas that have non - functional hood scoops and air vents. If you want I can walk around just about any parking lot in the area I live in and get probably at least 5 pictures no problem....AND BY THE WAY WHAT THE &*#@ does subura have anything to do with my Contour's hood....

You mentioned functional hood scoops, gave a description of what you wanted it to look like, and BOOM, you get a Subaru Hood!! That's what a SUBARU has to do with your Contour's hood!

Hey, you asked for opinions!!

And my thoughts on design are for a middle scoop, it would be a single bubble with maybe 2 support rods in the middle.

Again, here's your description. A middle scoop with single bubble scoops on the side is basically the same look as most Subaru's have.. I'd lose the High School bully attitude if you're coming here for opinions.

It seems as if there is a lot of talk going on about this. I do not think stilov's is ugly, it fits the hood and lines of the car, and is functional. I have never seen something like that on a Contique before, or under the hood. What was it a "water mist" something? I would really like to know how that works if someone could PM me. Or how much better it is for performance. Looks good and functional = me very interested.

Titan does have some good ideas. My opinion is that it is a good idea and looks good. If there was ever a group buy I would probably want the option of which scoop or scoops to purchase. That would be nice to have fresh air provided to the engine bay and air filter. However all three scoops look pretty good in the second scetch where the previous black car was scanned. I am always worried about water problems, and if anyone knows Northern Ohio weather, well the vents or scoops might be a little worry to open air filters. I may have skipped over it earlier if it was said, but is there a duct route or something for rain?

Again good idea, hope to see more Photoshop pics soon, I know you said those were on their way. I will keep checking.
