that isnt a turbo header, its just its pictured upside down so the flange you see on the top should be downwards, and thats where the downpipe would bolt onto.
a focus downpipe will need modding to fit on a contour (as has already been said) because it needs to go downwards and left, backover, then right again to go around the sump (as your stood looking at the engine from front of car).

www.zxtuner.com they list headers/downpipes for the contour and cougar, the cougar one fits a contour anyway.
on my mondeo i have the zxtuner cougar header and decat pipe, i only had one silencer so it sounded like a muscle car (not a bumble bee lol) so i got one extra silencer put on and now it sounds fine. in fact it sounds amazing above 4500rpm with the comp cams aswell!
