OP Bill @ SigLM CEG\'er B Joined: Jun 2002 Posts: 201 Las Vegas, NV	What is it you guys use when you install headers on a OBDII car to fake out the EGO monitor? I know there is a little plug or jumper to complete the circuit. Any help would be great. I am thinking of geeting headers as my cats are bad. I need to get a SMOG test next week. It basically fakes the computer into thinking that there are cats...does quite a good job too if I must say... Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.

RoadiJeff_dup1 CEG\'er R Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 423 St. Louis, MO	Bill, You didn't say what brand of headers you were thinking of installing. If you go with the MSDS headers they include MIL eliminators for the two downstream O2 sensors.

Each is only a resistor and capacitor along with some wire. Have the schematic around someplace, probably on my old hard drive...
