I have a code reading p0401 which is insufficiate EGR flow. I had all 3 EGR pieces replaced, and CEL is still on with that code. What can I do now?

Welcome to CEG!

What three pieces? The EGR valve, DPFE, and EVR???

Most common problem is carbon clogging the passages in the intake from the EGR valve to the throttle body. Remove the throttle body and dig them out.

first clean the passages near the tb then check out the DPFE sensor

when I had a P0402, exsessive egr flow at idle it was the dpfe

I had the same code before I did my UIM/LIM rebuild. The EGR passages were clogged/filled with oil/carbon where the TB meets the UIM. I am still waiting on parts from the dealer to finish mine, but take the TB off and clean the passage and back side of the TB, as it will be probably look nasty. If the passages were as clogged as mine were, the rest of your UIM/LIM probably looks the same, especially the LIM.
