In about 7 years I'll be trolling around here about missing my Contour so don't feel singled out! Looks like it was a fun time to drive..

This was my first car (except it was Maui Blue)  Damn it was a fun car. Got the 3rd one ever sold by the dealership in NJ. It was a 1990 model, bought in Dec of '88! Solid car, never had a problem with it. Sold in '95 for a Contour SE.

I test drove one of those Renaults long ago. It was the coupe and it drove pretty peppy. I loved the body effects, back in the 80's that was a hot car.
My uncle had a regular 5 door hatch Renault. Probably the slowest car I've ever driven...

A Renault GTA! A friend of mine had one as well back in the day! Same color, hard top. He had a set of wheels on it, custom lowering because nobody had springs for it. I believe those cars actually had air brakes not unlike those of a 18 wheeler or bus.
