The 1/2 pipe cap with a 7/32" hole fixed the throttle hang I had and the moose. My car has an open filter (don't know what brand) and it had the TSB parts for the moose but still had the moose.

Perhaps that's why it's called the TH (Throttle Hang) Fix...
