Andrea Yates killed her children. I have two kids and i would never even think about it! this just makes me sick. Womens groups criticize the prosecution for pushing the death penalty. Screw them! Death wouldnt even be good enough for her. there are some sick individuals in this world. i think we should, as a country, reinstate cruel and unusual in some circumstances.  ~Andrew

The very thought that her conviction was overturned due to technicality literally makes me nauseous. She should burn alive for her actions.

IT wasn't a technacality, but a lie that brought forth the decesion to retry this person. Look at the brightside, now she may get convicted for killing all 5 of the children.
