My power steering is leaking out of the fitting on top of the pump. Is there a seal that I can replace or do I have to get a new pipe and fittings?

There is a teflon gasket that goes on the fitting. Dealer has them. They are very cheap maybe .50 to 1.00.

Yes the gasket that sewerman talk about is probably the problem. Check, when you will unconnect the hose to be sure that the fitting and the hose are in good shape.

P.S. You will need to extend the teflon ring when you will install the new one, it's a tight fit and it's normal.

Nic.

Great, I will have to go there soon to get that. It is only getting worst. I found that someone has tried to fix it already. I asked the guy I got it from and he said it was just some shop, not a dealer.

Terry had a great fix for this, teflon thread tape. It worked like a champ as far as I can tell.

Well I think that might of been part of the problem. Now it is leaking down the side of the block. I might see if I can take a look at it today if I have time.
