ZF - Italy FF - Ferrari Z - 550 Maranello, 550 Barchetta R - Air bags, manual seat belts w/ force limiters 49 - 550 Maranello B - Left Hand Drive for Europe Market 0 - Non-USA (no check digit req'd) 0 - Invalid year code (unless it's a 2010 model...) 0 - Manufactured at Maranello 112891 - Build number Seeing that the year code doesn't match... this may have been a one-off car or something. My vin decoder shows that Y is for 2000, and 1980's didn't have the 17 digit VIN (introduced in 1981). Interesting.... EDIT: info above found @ http://www.red-headed.com/articles/vin.html...
