How did you (where) did you place the controller? It comes with a box to have flush mounted somewhere, but I think I will have mine put under the HU or on the flad area behind the cupholders...I figured you dont need to touch it that much after you put the settings in memory...
I don't have one but I have seen one in that little flat spot behind the cup holders. Looked pretty good to me

I made up a mounting plate from 1/4" lexan, and two pieces of back strap. I was able to put it under the radio using two existing screws holding the trim plate on. Simple, but actually a pretty "clean" looking set up.
