I've got an '00 CSVT. Is there anything special about the coolant? Can I just flush it and use what ever coolant I want or is there a problem with mixing. I know there are problems with mixing the orange stuff.

Thanks

Henry

Make sure you search, this has been discussed ALOT. There has been many debates about problems with the orange coolant; some people say don't use it, and other people say use it. If you do want to switch, however, you need to do a FULL FULSH. ALL of the green coolant needs to be completely removed before you start using orange. I persoanlly switched to orange, and like it better (protects to lower temps). I did a full drain of the green stuff, a full flush w/ a cleaner, and more rinses with water. The final decision is totally up to you.
