Does anybody have a Sparco ( globe-x ) shift knob in their CSVT? I was thinking of getting one, it looks like it would get around that reverse lock-out system. Any feedback would be great. Thanks

I don't understand. Why don't you just remove the reverse lock-out? just unscrew the knob, and pull the whole thing up. The boot is tied on to the reverse lock-out with a zip tie. snip that, and remove it. That's one of the first things I did when I got my car.

i have a sparco i bought from a CEGer. i dont know if its the one you are inquiring about. it fits just fine, but too small for my tastes. i think may end up removing the reverse lock out and going with a momo ball shifter.

Send 1FASTDAD a pm I'm pretty sure that is the shift knob that he has and he still has his reverse lockout on his SVT.
